Today I am going to write about 5 things that burn your energy! We all have experienced days that we don’t have enough energy to in order to do the things that are important to us!

I) Masturbation consumes a lot of energy so i would highly suggest to masturbate less or not at all! Sexual energy is the most important form of energy, so is not so clever to consume it so easily for meaningless stuff such as masturbation. Porn addiction is highly addictive as well as alcohol drugs or social media. When you masturbate you feel empty, miserable and a fuckin’ loser that can’t have a normal relationship.

II) Hanging out with toxic people that burn your energy and killing your soul. We all have experienced hanging out with toxic people that are not supporting us and they are angry and bitter with everyone. I am not saying that they are bad people but you should avoid them at any cost or at least to limit the time that you spend with them. Family and friends are in many cases toxic and you should be very careful when you hang out with them. You can choose and have meaningful relationships that add value in your life, boosts your energy and make you a better person.

III) Drugs and alcohol are also very addictive and you should avoid consuming them at any cost. Social drinking is fine up to a point but drinking every day and waking up with hangover is not a very good idea because you are breaking yourself and your potential. Hanging out with friends that are drug addicts is not so clever because you may be also be a drug addict .As they are saying hanging out with 5 broke people and you will be the sixth, you are the average of the people that you are hanging out so choose wisely your circle. I am not saying to not help them if you have people in your circle that are facing issues but remember that you can’t help them if they don’t want to help themselves. You are not responsible for their bud choices, they should be responsible for their selves like you.

IV) Doing a job that is not important to you and doesn’t complete you. I know that you may have a family to feed and not a community to impress but you should acknowledge yourself as well. I am not saying to quit your job right now absolutely not but at least you can do also something that makes you happy. It may be hitting the gym, doing acting, starting a personal project, starting a blog in order to express yourself or a YouTube channel or whatever completes you. Ideally the whole day should complete you, you should find a different job if it doesn’t complete you, it may pay less, but money is not the only important thing in the world. You should do things that are fulfilling your soul and make you a better person in this world.

V) Social media addiction and the validation of others. Antisocial media burns your energy and distracts you from your goals. You compare yourself with your fake friends that are posting fake posts from their miserable and meaningless life. They are just emotional beggars that are not connected with their selves and seeking the validation and the acceptance of others not knowing their personal value and wanting external validation. So don’t be like your fake friends and just use social media and not let social media use you. If you don’t know who is the product is because you are probably you are the product. Remember that!

VI) Eating junk food and consuming sugar and unhealthy drinks. Just organize your meals and avoid junk food and highly calorie drinks like smoothies, is better to eat a fruit than to consume such highly calorie drinks. You can have a cheat meal once a week and you will enjoy it more when you consume it once a week. It is not only that you may gain weight if you are eating junk food, is also the way that you feel after you consume it, you are feeling bored and you don’t have the mood to do anything, and you just want to sleep and watch Netflix and eat even more junk food!
